Return & Refund Policy
At Hut knives™, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our Knives. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact us at support@hutknives.com with your order number and request for cancellation. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Return Period:
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return any Knife purchased from Hut knives™.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund to your original payment method. We will send you an email notification once your refund has been initiated.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return and refund, your Knife must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it. Any Knife that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Support to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping address, if necessary.
- Pack the Knife securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative and include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation.
- Ship the Knife back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Status:
As soon as we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
